Sea You Soon is a 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom Beach House with EV Charger in Gearhart Oregon. It is located within the private gated community of The Highlands which offers Tennis & Pickleball Courts. We allow one dog with a pet fee.

Three of the four bedrooms (Two Queen, 1 (Double) Twin) are on the lower level with two full bathrooms, a dedicated office space and laundry room. Master bedroom upstairs with King bed and ensuite master bath with shower, double sink and clawfoot tub.
The lower level deck has a sunken hot tub and seating. There are pine floors throughout.

Upstairs there is a beautiful kitchen filled with all the essential amenities, cookware and stainless steel appliances, dining room, family room and half bathroom. The patio doors open to a deck with patio furniture and fire table as well as on the front covered upper porch with Adirondack chairs

Gearhart has small town charm and hospitality. It has no traffic lights, wide streets for riding bicycles, public tennis courts, and a gorgeous, unspoiled beach. The center of town is charming, with shops, restaurants, an art gallery, a grocer, and lodging in a renovated boutique inn. The Gearhart Golf Links is the oldest golf course in the Pacific Northwest, and lies just minutes from the water.
The community has Tennis courts, Pickle ball and we have tried to carefully provide everything needed for a stay at the beach.

Gearhart is a lovely, quiet town built alongside the ocean, located just three miles north of the resort town of Seaside. The open, grassy fields on Gearhart’s shore side overlook the Pacific.

The Vacation Rental Dwelling Permit is issued by Clatsop County. This permit is put in jeopardy when guests violate County laws, HOA Rules and our House Rules.

The maximum occupancy is 8 at all times (This includes guests) Occupancy is not defined by an overnight stay.

There is No On Street Parking for any reason * 4 cars only, no boats, RV's or commercial vehicles.

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind.

One dog allowed with pet Fee * Pet's may not be left unattended at the property for any length of time*

We use video surveillance cameras outside only and they record 24/7

Clatsop County has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:oo am

25mph speed limit only throughout Highlands Community.
