recently stayed at Noli Studios Old Town in Gdańsk, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. It’s a beautifully modern, clean, and well-thought-out place to stay, offering a seamless blend of hotel comfort and apartment-style living. The Highlights: Flawless Automated Check-In: The pre-arrival communication was excellent. The hotel emailed me a check-in code to use at the self-service kiosk upon arrival. They also proactively provided a night-access code for the main door in case I arrived after 10:00 PM when the entrance locks. Welcoming Spaces & Great Rooms: The reception area is modern, welcoming, and spotless. They is a Coffee Machine and reception office within. My room was great, featuring a balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette that included a kettle, tea, and coffee. The bathroom was perfectly fine, complete with a walk-in shower and complimentary hand soap/shower gel. The breakfast delivery service was excellent and completely reliable. You simply place your order the night before, or you can block-order your selections for the entire stay, and it gets delivered right to your door in the morning. Area for improvement: The AC Fan: I stayed in room B406, and the air conditioning fan ran constantly, even when the system was switched off completely. While it’s fine during the day, the ambient noise was a little distracting at night when trying to sleep. And fix the lift key card access scanners as anyone can walk into hotel during the day.

A fine old hotel at the main entrance to Old Town, featuring spacious rooms and a very attentive staff. A very enjoyable property in wonderful Krakow.

We stayed 5 nights in a superior room. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool and spa are also excellent, we used them quite a bit, note there is no gym, this is one improvement they could make to even convert a small space to add some fitness equipment. We didn’t visit the restaurant or bar but did have breakfast one morning (which is in a separate area to the restaurant). Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection of food. It is slightly expensive by Gdansk standards,in my opinion, at 110 PLN (£22) per person. Any staff we interacted with were fine and helpful, my only comment would be that the reception staff could try and be more proactive in greeting or smiling at hotel guests as they enter the hotel or pass by reception, just a little thing but can go a long way. Location of the hotel is good and is only a 10 minute walk from the Main Street in the old town. There are also a few cafes and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel.
