Bad Pool Times as No "Only Adults" Morning time

Vey nice impressive Hotel and very helpful staff. But the Swimming Pool times starting only at 9 am in them morning is a pain! I like to swing before breakfast and here is never enough time to do so as the breakfast is finishing at 10.30 am. Therefore I did not book the Hotel room with breakfast. Hotel is loosing out of breakfast bookings! As well there is the only adult time as from 6 pm to 8 pm. Kids are allowed to swim all day in the pool which is terrible if adults want to swim in a quite ambience. The pool has a metal construction which makes the pool very small. no one ever goes onto it and this should be removed.

We discovered the bed was wet when we went to sleep, it was late, i went downstairs & asked if they can simply replace our sheets & the mattress. We paid for a superior room, were exhausted from traveling, they said no one was available to get us these things. So instead of going to sleep our only option given was to move to another room. I stated we paid extra for a superior room so please accommodate us accordingly. To our dismay we were given a smaller room, i mentioned it to Wlodek the mgr on duty, he stated that the room was superior-just smaller-which makes literally no sense. It was very late & we were exhausted , he recommended that i speak with a manager in the morning because he had no authority to do anything. In the morning i came down to speak with the manager, i was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager only the front supervisor. While she was smiling & kind she didn't hear me nor care whatsover that we paid for the superior room & were downgraded. I even showed her the pictures of the size differences in the room (the room we were given was at least half the size of what we paid for) she kept referencing some binder with sq meter sizes & would not actually show me. We felt gaslit by this. All the while she refused to let us speak with a manager. I gave up & left we had a tour to go to. This was the goal to gaslight us into just giving up. SO We left, we didnt feel welcome there. Beautiful property, great location. Staff at best extremely rude

Architectural adaptation of new hotel to old town is beautiful! I loved the 6 floor room with the views of pitched roofs. The building is gorgeous and fitting the city.

This hotel is great and in a great location. We booked a superior queen room and sadly got a twin room, when asked to change, they just pushed the beds together. This was disappointing. There was no table or chairs in the room as in the pictures. The room wasn’t of a clean standard so we had to ask for cleaning the next day. Spa is good but very busy at times and needs to be booked in advance. Breakfast was good.

Location perfect, staff nice. Carpet in room quite stained but otherwise room was clean. Air conditioning didn’t work well so room was rather hot. Spa facilities were too busy to be enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking of staying here ask to stay on the riverside as there were building works on the other side when we were there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to change rooms for us and responded quickly and thoughtfully with any issues we brought to them. The river/city views are stunning, and food in the restaurant is wonderful. The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. We hold very fond memories of staying here.

It was very noisy, every evening and night, the cleaning lady not comming every morning so I need to go out to find her to get towels or coffee, I need to tell her at I want to clean my room. And this «eco bag» to hanging out of the doors, to get some gift and droop cleaning..my son was thinking as is good ideè, we was hanging out and get nothing for that! But cleaning woman sad, when bag haning outside we not comming for cleaning..no sens only disappointed kid.

Worst holiday in recent memory. Staff unhelpful when I was unwell in bed, hotel unequipped to handle the amount of people staying, spa dirty, pool freezing, customer service non existent. Don’t stay here, there are surely better options in Gdańsk. We cut our holiday short and came home. This isn’t a high end hotel.

First trip to Gdansk.

An excellent stay at a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good, but it can get very busy. The room and hotel was kept very clean, there always seemed to be domestic staff in the corridors. If I return to Gdansk I would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay

I stayed in a Superior Room, and it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean.The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Gdańsk, just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea station. The only minor downside was that the view from my window wasn’t particularly remarkable, but this didn’t detract from the overall comfort.
