- This property is in a mountainous area where bears and other wildlife live. Please keep an eye on your pets when they are exploring the outdoors. Similarly, since we are in the wooded area, please ensure your furry ones are up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm meds.
- Please keep pets off the bed, pickup after them outside, and prevent them from 'marking' anything inside. If excessive hair or urine is found inside, we will contact you about any necessary fees.
- We require guests to disclose if they plan to bring a pet/pets, as we have a $100 per pet fee.
- We do not adjust fees or rules for emotional support animals.
NOTE: This listing is for the yellow 3-bedroom house only, which sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. On the same property, there is a 2-story home with private entrances to both the top floor and the bottom floor. If you only book the yellow 3-bedroom house using this listing, there is a chance that one or both of the floors of the 2-story home will be rented out; as a result, you will be sharing the driveway with other guests.
