Clean room and excellent staff! The beds are comfortable and the room temperature was great. This was our first stay here and we will be back. Usually we stay at Econolodge sister hotel The Chalet Inn. We love both places and the location is perfect for what we love to do and see in Gatlinburg!

Staff was very nice. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The room had a few issues as far as being cleaned properly and although it looks as though they tried to renovate recently I would have fired that contractor. Loved the sounds from the stream off the balcony.

It definitely looks nicer in the photos, bit most places do. Breakfast was great with lots of choices-waffles were amazing! The beds were pretty comfy. You can tell remodeling was done recently and things looked nice. The only real qualm would be the air conditioner noise. It was super loud! The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a nice place to lay our head.

It’s no 5 star hotel but I give it 5 stars because for the price you pay, it’s really great. Staff helpful, clean room, great location, and a really beautiful creek going through it right outside the back porch. I’ll go back when I come to Gatlinburg.
