The hotel elevator, and lobby smelled of Marijuana every time you got on and off the elevator. Lady who was working desk at night wasn't very helpful. I asked if we could get an extra pillow and she informed me that they had no extra pillows available. Funny thing about that was we had a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. My wife and i didn't use the sleeper sofa but i guess we couldn't have used it anyway since there were no pillows to be found! Rest of staff was great and location was exactly what we wanted.

The tv and remote was not working. The clerk couldn’t come and look because she had feet problems and couldn’t walk up the stairs because the elevator was out of order.

My only concern is that there were no coffee pots in the rooms and no available complimentary coffee or water in the lobby either. I know this might sound trivial but breakfast ends at 9 am or 9:30 week day and weekends so it would have been nice to have that available for us late risers! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My frigerator stoped working and they replaced it within a couple hours. But I did loose 20.00 worth of vegetables, fruit and Yogurt I bought for my snacks for the week.

The lobby needs to be fixed asap because there was mold all over the ceiling. Staff was brusque but efficient and knowledgeable. The room was barely cleaned so we ended up flagging another cleaner to clean it the next day. There was soap and hairs in the shower and on the mirror. There was mold on the ironing board, the bathroom door handle was not attached and my partner locked himself in the bathroom when it fell off. The door to the fridge cabinet was falling off and none of the drawers ever looked to be wiped down as there was a lot of dust there. The beds were metal and every time we climbed in, it sounded like thunder. You can hear the same sound as your neighbors climb into their beds too. We booked it because it was cheap and walkable to pretty much everywhere but we will most likely not stay there again. Room number 201.

The property was in a very good location, within walking distance of MANY attractions. This hotel seems to be an older property. Some updates may help. Also, having the ability to have coffee and tea 24/7, would be great.
