Limited staffing and no refund if you are unsatisfied and leave 5 am the next morning cause you slept in your clothes because you didn’t feel comfortable getting in bed

They offer a trolley service into town. Beautiful at night overlooking Gatlinburg. Friendly staff and the kids loved the pool.

It’s on a mountain. You can tell that the building is older but kept up nicely. The worst thing about the hotel was their hot tub, the hot tub was green like someone peed in it! The pool area is really only for the kids. The breakfast was descent. The king bed was nice. If all the rooms had a microwave that would have been great instead of the communal microwave. Parking should be free! Love the free cookies! Warm and delicious cookies!

Park Vista can't be beat

We have stayed at Park Vista many times, it has a good location and a shuttle if you don't feel like driving. The kids love it for the pool and Pizza. I love hearing the sounds of the piano being played when I step out of my room. The ambiance is great and the price and good for the service.

Tennessee is our new home

The hotel overall was incredible as was your front desk, agents during the day and night as well as your management team. We did have an extreme issue with our next-door neighbors smoking pot every night of our trip. We did speak with the front desk as well as management to please do something about this and unfortunately, nothing was done.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was perfect, the views were beautiful & the staff was very friendly. The trolley made it easy to get back and forth from the strip without having to deal with traffic & parking. My daughter really enjoyed the pool & waterslide! The adults in our group opted not to bother trying to get in the hot tub since it was pretty full each evening we were down there, which wasn’t really a big deal to us, we were just as happy hanging out at one of the tables nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at The Park Vista Hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved the pool area. Room service was very fast and good. My only complaint would be that the balcony and outside of the building do look dated. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay at the Park Vista again.
