The room was good, comforyable, and clean, although I did not like the carpet. The front desk staff was generally fine, except for an older man on the night shift who was rude and not helpful. At the restaurant/bar, a waitress avoided serving us, and the bartender ended up taking our food order instead.

The location was great. It had nice views. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. There were some staff members from the restaurant that could have been friendlier. The breakfast was only convenient but it was not good. I'm still trying to debate whether it was worth paying for it. The pool was highly enjoyed by our children. The hotel itself could use some remodeling. Overall, it was a good stay.

Having access to the trolly was great! Breakfast was also amazing. Rooms were clean and the pool area was amazing for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.

Wonderful Christmas vacation! Great location are we looking in the city of Gatlinburg. Nice atrium style hotel with cool open view elevators. We had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant!

Friendly and responsive staff was awesome to experience. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub could have been more clean and the temperature of the “hot” tub was more of a warm tub.

Room was clean. Balcony full of cigarette butts on the floor. Housekeeping could've easily picked them up. Furniture housing the refrigerator needs replacing. Fridge temp is off, no matter how much I adjusted it, it still froze my baby's formula. Breakfast was good. I mistakenly left my kids off the reservation so I had to call the front desk to update our breakfast tickets, her tone was very rude. Other than that all the rest of the staff was friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The shared microwave by the elevators on our floor needs replacing. The plate wiggles and wobbles loudly the whole time it's spinning. The indoor pool is nice, but not clean. On the edges of the lower level pool, there were clumps of hair and dirty bandaids. Staff could easily periodically clean the edges of the pool or skim out people's hair, but instead they wait until the pool closes at midnight to clean up. Overall I'd give it a 3/5.

Had a great stay. Room was very nice and comfortable. As senior travelers, the hot tub was nice. They have a very nice indoor pool. Definitely would stay here again. Love this place. Only one negative - not enough handicap parking spaces.

The staff are very friendly, great atmosphere and the pool is perfect for any age. When we arrrived there was a huge line (it was Hell Week in Gatlinburgh) but staff passed out waters and cookies to help with the wait. Pizza on site is really good and fast. The room was clean and location to down town was great. You really wouldn't want to walk as the road to the hotel is completely uphill but they have a trolley. The location is super close to the entrance to Smokey Mountain National Park which was a plus for us.

The rooms were very clean. There was a mixup with our room we picked out while using the app and we were upgraded to a suite. The views were stunning! The pool is open until midnight. Lots of dining options on site. The breakfast was amazing as always! Gravy and biscuits, fresh made omlets to order, fresh fruit and many other options. The warm cookies at checkin is a nice touch. Great property
