The property is located in a cabin/villa on Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort which is 5 miles North of Gatlinburg.
The rental is two adjacent and connected units with: 1 Bedroom, 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the lounge area with a max occupancy of 8. (Sleeps 4 per unit)
There is a fully equipped kitchen in the larger unit and a standard kitchen in the other.
Visitors have access to all facilities and services provided on this elite resort which has a large indoor water park and several heated outdoor pools. The premier pool is the "Infinity pool" at the top of the mountain.
There is a shuttle for the resort and a low cost shuttle to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Mountain Get Away

West gate was amazing! The 2 1 bedroom suites worked out perfect for us. The view from balcony was awesome. We loved the water park and the infinity pool. Alex was very helpful when I had questions! Only downfall were the bears! Very cool to see them every night or morning but a little too close for comfort.

Awesome property

I loved the property! We had a great time and Alex was wonderful to deal with! She even gave us great tips. We were so excited we even got to see a bear close to the property a few times. The only thing that we had trouble with was getting towels and things like toilet paper and paper towels. But overall it was a great stay!!

Nice place but very rude manager trying to push us to buy a timeshare

We Loved the condo. The views were amazing. Only thing that we didn’t like was the people they stayed above us was very loud., just seemed like they needed have built that better between floors and the pool closest to us was the pool with the bar and it was always so crowded we couldn’t get in. Other than that we loved where we stayed. The BIG complaint was nothing about the stay, we loved it. When we checked in we had a concierge and he was really nice and asked us to go look at the the newer condos they built and the newer things being added to the property. We agreed and they fed our family breakfast. He told us tops 30 mins. We let him know in the beginning we were not interested in buying a timeshare. This ended up being 3 hours and very pushy trying to get us to buy, then his manager came over and was VERY RUDE to us because we wouldn’t buy one. So after this we heard nothing else from our concierge the rest of our stay.

Everything you need!

This property has everything you need! From the breathtaking views of the mountains to the indoor water park on premises, Westgate is a top notch property. An added bonus is also that because we booked through VRBO we didn’t have to sit through any timeshare meetings. We’ve been coming to Westgate for years and will continue booking with Alexander.

great family resort

our cabin was exactly as described in the listing..even better than we expected when we arrived. plenty of room. very clean. convenient marketplace to grab milk,etc. kids enjoyed the pool and water park. everyone was friendly. had a great view from our balcony. would stay here and rent from owner again. thanks for an awesome stay!
