I was in a wheel chair during my stay and they offered no assistance. They couldn't give my group instructions on how to use the lift for the pool to safely enter, and could not provide me with temporary accomodations for accessibility purposes. The breakfast on Tuesday morning was frozen food warmed up in the microwave, horrible. There was always no staff at the front desk and requires handicapped guests to come to the counter to retrieve towels instead of providing assistance.

Average hotel but not impressive. Positives: comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure and easy check in. Close to Main Street so was able to walk to many destinations. Parking garage was a plus. Negatives: Breakfast was subpar. Ice machine was not on every floor. Large gap at bottom of the room door letting in light and noise all night. Room was crowded with furniture and dimly lit. Window view was of trash and c-cans. For the price paid, it met our needs but wasn’t overall impressed.

The hotel is relatively new. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The staff, especially Janiel and Dave, went above and beyond in making our stay memorable. Breakfast was standard as with other hotels. It could use some improvement but was sufficient.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, housekeeping came in every day making sure we were stocked up on towels and washcloths. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I always get a room on the top floor so there’s no one above me and it was super quiet. Our room faced the strip and we had a great view of the space needle and the skylift and skybridge. It was a little bit of a hike down to the parkway but nothing too hateful. Parking was a little tight but nothing too bad as long as you pulled all the way up to the curb. Breakfast was a little lacking, maybe need to add some more hot options.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Lobby entrance is bright and spotlessly clean. On site mini breakfast bar included and available until 10 am daily. The negatives are: Construction going on next door, the walk into downtown is downhill about 1/4 mile so it's uphill coming back (seriously uphill). Room experience was what brings the negatives. Air conditioning didn't work properly. Had to put a hang tag on your door the night before to ask for anything. (towels, blankets, soap... etc). They were putting in new tile outside our room before 9:00am.
