We had the best time!! We only left the cabin 2 times! It was 4 days of total family time….relaxing, hot tub, laughing, puzzles, lots of food and our pups! I didn’t sleep much but I slept well because the mattress was so comfortable!The view was good but will be so gorgeous when we go back in the spring or fall when the trees aren’t bare! The host was very fast with responses. We look forward to staying here again!

Communication was easy and the views were excellent. 6 of us went, my wife and I, our 2 kids, and my in laws, and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms on the main level for the adults and for the kids to have their own level. We had an issue with the fireplace and owners were able to get someone out quickly to address and solve the issue. Game room was also a great touch. Only minor complaints: the bed in what I would call the primary master bedroom could use a new mattress. It was incredibly soft and felt like it had a bit of a hole in the middle. Also, can see some cracks or areas where things don’t quite align, like the fan/heater in one of the bathrooms. Overall great property. Thank you!

We loved this home. Our group consisted of 3 couples which was absolutely perfect for this VRBO. It was very clean. We really enjoyed the game room and the fire pit. Communication with the mgmt company was excellent. The view from the back deck was beautiful. We had some black bear sightings as well. We would highly recommend Elk Camp. Great stay!

Can’t recommend Cloud 9 enough! Property was exactly as described. Close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular from the deck. My kids loved the game room and hot tub! We will definitely recommend to our friends/family and stay here again during our next visit!

Super easy check-in with code. Be prepared because the driveway, while much flatter than others, is tight to turnaround in and very dark at night (solar lights don't work). So backing in or out via/onto a hill is necessary. The house is amazing and more private than others. We had 2 teen boys with us, so the one who slept downstairs was very cut off from the rest, and this made communication difficult (which I'm sure he enjoyed). Everything was very clean, well stocked and well kept. The dining space, while stunning, had very uncomfortable chairs, so we kept to the breakfast bar when we weren't out (which was most nights). Unfortunately for the adults, we had the most uncomfortable bed. There seemed to be a sinking into the middle, so my back hurt all week along with a numb tiredness from constant rolling over/waking up due to discomfort. The overall living area is airy with high ceilings, but the couches were very easily flattened, something my back couldnt handle after not sleeping well (and the fireplace didn't work?). The downstairs couch was the same, flat and unsupportive. The game room is phenomenal and was well used. Too bad it's a little hard to navigate the pool table as so much fun is jammed into the room, but its barely worth a mention. It's only the collection of the minor things (poor outside lighting, uncomfortable chairs and an unbearable bed) which kept it from being 5 stars. But after a couple of days that bed really made a negative/lasting impact :(

beautiful property. the house was clean and lovely. open space for everyone to enjoy and multiple tvs. the jacuzzi was a nice edition and the game room was enjoyable. the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. property is easily accessible and no harsh hills to drive down/up and parking is on flat surface to make for easy unload/load of vehicle.
