Hotel Riu Ocho Rios - All Inclusive: Family-friendly resort with free breakfast and free WiFi. Located by the ocean.
The room was spotless and very clean. However, our check-in was delayed because the room was not ready. If an upgrade is offered, guests should not be kept waiting until 4:30 p.m. to check in. To me, an upgrade means the room is ready upon arrival.
