I had to book two hotel rooms and it required double of the deposit like a temporary standard hold. I still have not gotten back my money! The hotel stated they released it the day of my check out and my babk said they did not release anything. I now have to wait for my bank to investigate this which may take 10 business days! I book often at hotel and I never experienced anything like this!!!!

The room wasn’t cleaned the day after our first night. We had a reservation for two nights. We had to go ask for clean towels and emptied our trash ourselves. The shower had something wrong with the heat setting, which it could turn scolding hot at any time. I kept the temperature nozzle close to the cold setting because it would change to scolding hot randomly throughout your shower. I notified the management as this was a safety hazard and I was concerned someone could be scolded by the hot water changes.

From someone who travels quite a bit, the overall stay was acceptable with the free breakfast being better than similar hotels. The Front Desk staff were very pleasant. Conveniently located to several restaurants as well. There was significant road noise in the am / evening. Towels are rough and I wished for better quality. Also, plenty of parking available, I would stay here again.
