Clean and comfortable room.

Clean and comfortable room. We slept very well. Only problem was that the shower would not stay hot. Breakfast was usual offerings, all good. Coffee was very good.

Property was under renovation but clean! Breakfast was just okay. Road construction was happening on I/35 right at the hotel entrance and exit to service road. Room was clean and comfortable!

Under renovation. I only stay in hotels with a gym. All the gym equipment was gone. The parking lot needs repair, it has HUGE potholes. Breakfast was decent and it’s conveniently located near the venue. The staff is nice. The cable was out do to a storm and the air conditioning is loud.

Amazing views

This was a funky apartment that was part of a large home right on the water, looking at the Bridge of Lions and downtown Saint Augustine. The views were phenomenal.

I paid full price and the lobby was under construction and they used the gym area to store their materials so the gym wasn't useful. When I booked I was not aware of this and the room that I was in smelled due to the construction. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was really good.

Was extremely disappointed when we walked in to check in and see the hotel is under construction. We should have been made aware of this BEFORE the room was booked. The lady at check in said Hotels.com should have made us aware of this at the time of booking. She basically had a too bad so sad attitude.

Propery under renovation. Front desk staff banged on my door at 2am asking who i was, and I wasnt supposed to be in that room. I refused to open the door. She left and called back at 4am saying all is good. Strange!!
