The hotel was located close to the station so it was convenient to access. However, the room was too small for five. The breakfast area was too cold so we needed eat quickly and left right away. They didn't have hot drink except coffee, so kids were freezing.

Perfect location. Very short walk (can go underground too) to Hakata Station. Easy link to MTR line and stations. Reasonable size room, not as tiny as standard Japanese business hotels. Hotel and room is in good condition. Staff very friendly. Free water and one free drink at cafe daily. Very happy about our stay at Nest Hotel.

The size of our twin room on the 10th floor was reasonable but slightly tight for 2 medium size suitcases. Room condition was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location of hotel was convenient-only 5 minutes walk to Hakata Station West exit.

Ok but probably wouldn't choose again

Having stayed at another Nest property which was amazing I was disappointed with this hotel. Room was compact and the bathroom inconveniently small. The lobby is very designed but was very messy with things all over reception, stickers on the walls in the elevators etc. great location near Hakara and reasonable value for money

Adequate but a little disappointing

Room is small but adequate, the bathroom is a typical Japanese prefabricated bathroom but the toilet is smaller than any I've ever experienced and uncomfortable. The bathroom could be cleaner in some of the details. The lobby and reception is very designerly, but it is untidy with stickers and notices stuck in various places. The hotel is very conveniently located and adequate but a little disappointing compared to another Nest that I stayed in at Incheon. Perhaps they are not related.

This is a decent hotel for those on a budget, except we didn't even get budget prices during the December holiday season. Therefore, I don't feel the prices made sense for the experience. The hotel looks much cleaner in the photos. The walls and carpet were a bit dirty, but all else seemed cleaned. The room is tight, so it's hard to leave a large suitcase opened up, but it worked for us. As a couple, we stayed in a twin (2 bed) room. The location, however, is fantastic! It's a short walk to a conbini, Hakata station, and eateries nearby. The staff is also friendly and nice. Other perks: The hotel has 2 laundry machines. They also give free coffee/tea, but it starts at 11:30am, so we were only able to get it once.

This hotel is located so close to Hakata Station that you can get anywhere you need to go to. Itโ€™s also close to a lot of temples and malls that are walkable. The staff are very nice and even help me ship a couple of packages. Iโ€™d definitely recommend this hotel!!
