Definitely STAFF!!! The associate that checked me in was very polite and helpful. But the biggest reason, was a housekeeping staff member!! My mother fell during our visit and decided to stay in the room Monday afternoon. When the housekeeping specialist came in to do her thing and took extra care and time to insure Mom had everything she needed. This service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Extra special THANK YOU!!!

Seen multiple Cockroaches!!!!!! Blood stains on towels!!!! BED IS HORRIFICALLY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Rise up Hotel owners and listen to your guests! We’re supposed to get a good night sleep! Sleep starts at the location you lay your head down; THE BED! You need to do better!
