Part of a longer trip but wished we had time to stay longer. Great check in and check out experience. Clean rooms with new beds and great pillows. Walking distance from basic shopping like dollar store, gas and fast food . We found a great Chinese restaurant across the street. Just overall great time

For the price it's a good bang for your buck hotel/motel. I usually stay in more higher end hotels but for a cheap basic place it was actually pretty good. Way better than alot of similar places.

very noisy property as it is on a main road. bedding was dirty upon arrival. floor of the room made our feet black it was so dirty. towel quality very poor. could hear the conversation of people in the next room.

This place was advertised. Clean, quiet, safe & newly remodeled. Plenty of parking near the room entrance made this convenient. Great value for price. Will be back when working Fresno.

While it was quiet there was one unruly customer that was silenced by another customer. Nice to see people be respectful of their surroundings. This hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and expedient. Good hotel

As a road warrior this place fits all the criteria. It is affordable , well maintained and has upgraded room amenities. The (Direct tv)cable system they use did not work during my stay. Aside from that, very friendly staff and I give it a thumbs up!
