looks new
looks like recently renovated and clean. can park my SUV right in front of the door, easy loading and unloading. no upstairs units so no hear people walking around. Nice desk and coffee maker, good size fridge and microwave seems all new. Toilet is nice bathtub, but the clothes closet is inside in front commode, would better to be in the room. There is space before toilet entry.
