One of the blankets was torn open at the end of the bed. One of the electrical.outlets was broken on the nightstand my phone charger just flopped out when i tried to use it.athe coffee pot didnt work but the maid switched quickly. I have stayed in worse for more money. Ultimately i would stay there again.

The floors were extremely dirty and when I talked to staff about it, he seemed like he didn’t care at all, he’s response was “I look in to it” and that’s it he dismissed me, he did not want to look at the pictures I took. The costumer service is not the same, I’ve been making reservations here for a while and today was a very bad experience, and I will not stay at this hotel anymore on my trips to Fresno.
