picked this place because it was close to the surgery hospital it’s obvious the property is old and maybe once nice. reception was friendly, the lobby sparse. no decor continuing to the room (176). which was disappointing and dark. bare flooring felt sticky. poor lighting. bathroom tub had black mold on the caulking and no tub stopper. sink also had no stopper. bath gels smelled industrial. refrigerator was noisy. window was dirty. just all around a sad, disgusting room did not get to review the breakfast.

Ridiculous paying $25 for 3 towels

Didn’t like it cause I got charged $25 for 3 towels that were dirty, in other hotels they don’t charge you for dirting the towels…

It was poor-average. I haven’t stayed in the area and cannot compare it to much but the room had an unpleasant smell. There was a baby cockroach in the restroom when I got there. I got there at 11pm and just killed it and hoped there wasn’t any more because I was THAT exhausted. I hope I didn’t bring any home.

What Room?

No Stay. When I got there to check in, I was told the room I reserved was not available. The desk clerk could not "switch my room" because an exact amount of money was reserved for the price of the room. I would have to come out of pocket to get a room and they were extremely limited to what was left!
