The first room that we received had dirty linens the remote for the TV had to be reprogrammed and there’s not sufficient pillows for two people. They gave us a total of three pillows. The pillows are not that great so definitely needed at least two more when we requested them, they said they don’t have any. They did change our room due to the dirty linens, but that room smelled like mildew in the bathroom at that point, we were just tired and didn’t feel like asking for another room change. He did come knocking at the door requesting the two pillows that we took from our previous room back. We did give them back. He did bring us one extra floppy pillow that came from who knows where that we didn’t end up using… At about 5 AM the emergency alarm started going off for about 30 to 40 minutes so after a long day of driving seven hours to get there and be woken up by the alarm at 5 AM was definitely not pleasant

The room was perfect and very clean. The bed was awesome. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked great! Temperature was good and the staff were excellent. I had a great stay.

Other guests were having a loud party in the parking lot next to my room. I asked if I as able to switch rooms. The front desk said there was another room available but she could not "switch" me, I had to pay to book that room if I wanted to move rooms. 0/10

The pool was green out of order, staff was not welcoming i understand that i was checking in late but you have to talk thru a safety glass like your at the county hospital. the area around did not feel safe and not being able to walk into a lobby is not great. The room felt dingy and staff were not great upon check out. We had charges to our room upon arriving home and had to dispute with staff , it got ugly. They said we damaged there towels which we did not do. I would recomend taking video before and after using this place. The staff are unfair and unreasonable.
