Yes when I check into my first room 303, it was a mess the bed wasn’t fixed and dirty towel was on the floor in the bathroom and on top of the toilet, table was not wipe, so they change my room to 317.

The whole staff worked above the call of duty by showing you kindness and a good old home feeling .
