Basement Apartment was clean, bathroom was small, not ideal for 5 adults. Shower was claustrophobic. Would recommend moving main bed away from the wall so it is easier for second person to get in and out of bed. Would be fine for a couple or family with children. Quiet time began at 10pm which isn't ideal on a weekend night. Stairs were steep so use caution if you have issues with climbing them.
