Annoying Sleepless Stay
I needed a place to stop after being on the road for 15hrs. The condition of the hotel was average. Room was clean. Problem was with the element that was there that evening. I had a room that was next to a stairwell door and heard it slamming all night. I called the front desk to complain multiple times and apparently other guests had complained as well. Management did nothing to stop or control the issue. Dont stay in room 161 or any other room near a door frequently used for passage. None of the self closing doors are adjusted properly and slam closed. This could easily be averted by adjusting them to close lightly. A night manager that cared would've been some help as well. No refund or concern about trying to make it right what so ever. Flat refused to give me his managers phone number. Ill be contacting BW corporate over this. Wish i didn't have to bit this experience warrants it. I'm really not the type for this but this type of Incompetence brought it out of me. Definitely WON'T stay there again.

Room was at first floor that it was convenient. Everything inside the room was clean and everything needed was there accessible. The breakfast was a full menu, delicious, warm and courtesy of employees was nice.

I will start off by saying I do not need a refund, as someone who frequently stays at best westerns for work I am used to a good quality room and it is why I booked the stay at this one on my own dime  for my only two days off this MONTH. I work non-stop with my business and took two days to take the wife out to see family. I am shocked that this king size room has a bathroom that I wouldn't even consider useable by some, the toilet is crooked the ceiling fan is crooked. If you go to sit your foot is on the door stopper your legs will hit both tub and door, the caulking around the tub is all cracked and the tiles are bulging off the wall. The shower head when I went to change the setting fell off during my shower as they didn't screw it on all the way so it turned freely. There is a accoustic tile drop ceiling in the shower??? The shower head isn't flush, there isn't even room to get dressed, you have to step out into the room pretty much naked to get ready. Whoever designed this and then built this obviously doesn't care or take pride in their work and I would tell people to steer clear. To everyone that says ask for a refund - there is no price for time, the reason everything is terrible in this country is lack of generosity and pride in their work and it shows but they want more money for everything. And the last nail in the coffin, the heater doesn't heat and it is falling off the wall on a freezing couple of days.
