The shower water didn't get hot. We asked for clean towels and the receptionist told us we had to wait until housekeeping came the next morning, but after some persuasion he found us a couple towels. There was also hair on the floor when we checked in as if there may've been a guest with a pet there before us that wasn't cleaned up well.

The check in staff was pleasant for check in and checking out. The room was clean. I think my only complaint was my left bed in the room had springs or something popping up so it was not super comfortable. I had to switch beds with the other person there with me. Everything else was great.

Booked a King room but upon check-in it wasn't available. Bottled water was supposed to be available for $1 but there was none, it was "locked up for the night". The room was adequate but the exterior areas were in poor repair and very dirty. Staff however was friendly. Still no water available in the morning but the desk person "found" just one in the office that she gave me.
