Nice and quiet room, big comfy bed and room. Wasn't immediately obvious from the property entrance that the reception area is actually on the first floor, some signage would be useful. Only slight issue was the shower never went above lukewarm, but we were only there one night, arrived late and left early so there was no staff around to inform.

The hotel and stay were both excellent. The check in was very easy and hassle free. The only drawback experienced is the location. It is in a safe area but it is industrial in nature. Considering the low price and close proximity to the Autobahn, it's practically a non issue. Would stay here again.

Great hotel near Frankfurt airport that is reasonably priced even when other hotels charge 3-4x. Staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, made a great breakfast for me even though it was after the kitchen closed!

Al mio arrivo ore 18,40 attendo per quindici minuti davanti ad una reception senza personale....... dopodiché passano delle persone con piatti di carni grigliate,(le stesse erano nel parcheggio auto al mio arrivo con una griglia in funzione).Le chiamo e seccato comunico che ho una prenotazione,ma probabilmente visto che è pronta la loro cena non avevano tempo da perdere, non c'era bisogno del check in.Prendo la chiave elettronica dove era attaccato un post It con il mio cognome che era appoggiata sul banco della reception e mi reco in camera. La prenotazione era di 6 notti dal 21 al 27 marzo...... purtroppo pagata in anticipo. Dopo la seconda notte visto la mancanza di pulizia camera, chiedo ad un amico tedesco la cortesia di chiamare l' hotel per chiedere spiegazioni.Mi viene comunicato che per confermare la richiesta di pulizia camera bisogna esporre il cartello fuori dalla porta. È la prima volta che trovo un hotel che per eseguire la pulizia camera chiede di esporre un cartello che chiede la sola esplicita richiesta di pulizia camera,ma prendo atto, e la mattina seguente espongo il cartello fuori dalla porta,al rientro alla sera noto solo il letto rifatto,il resto è tutto come avevo lasciato,bagno compreso..ma con mio disappunto mancava un piumone,di cui ho chiesto il ripristino visto che ero con mia moglie.Nulla,per i seguenti quattro giorni la mia camera non è mai stata pulita e ci siamo pure dovuti dividere un piumone per poterci coprire. Mai pagare anticipatamente.
