The service was very poor. The elevator weren’t working the right way two days. It was 4 o’clock the afternoon and then it make the room yet and I think for what we paid we didn’t receive what we paid.

This hotel is in a perfect location right near the Zeil and S/ U train station. The hotel team are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast is excellent and I can’t fault them. Great for business or holiday travel.

This is our second stay at this property. The location is good. Rooms were clean. Staff was ok…. But ….. Just ok… Not great. We were there for business so it didn’t matter much to us….. The staff needs better training especially for taking care of non German visitors
