The staff was terrible the girl at the reception desk was unprofessional and entitled. I wold say my whole stay there was ruined only because of her manners. I pay money and I expect at least a little bit respect .I think she was racist because we were not german and didn’t know any german.

Sehr nettes Personal und saubere, kleine Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Das Hotel ist direkt an den Bahnschienen gelegen, wodurch es je nach Zimmerlage sehr laut durch vorbeifahrende Züge sein kann. Allerdings sind die Züge bei geschlossenen Fenster kaum zu hören. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

It wasnt the best neighborhood. The airconditioning wasn't working much in the summerheat. The ventilator in the room wasnt that good either, but still, it was cheap and clean. But the firealarm at 7am and no one taking care of guests made it a night we will never forget in a negative way.
