overall was a nice hotel only a 5minute walk to messe only complain was the ugly carpet and not having a nice window to see the view! the restaurant was very nice and breakfast was amazing better than what I was expected.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung in die Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches, serviceorientiertes Personal. Frühstück qualitativ sehr gut, mit BIO-Produkten. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, zu groß sollte der Koffer nicht sein. Nahe zur Innenstadt und zur Messe.

Early check-in a pagamento no eh !??!?!

In generale è stato tutto positivo, ma sentirsi chiedere 35 euro (su 75 di alloggio a notte) per essere arrivati con 2 ore di anticipo l'ho trovato assurdo. Ed infatti abbiamo rifiutato. Durante il ponte di Pasqua in 14gg abbiamo pernottato in ben 7 strutture diverse e, fatta salva la disponibilità della stanza, nessuno ci ha mai chiesto nulla per essere arrivati in anticipo.... Il personale della sala colazione/cena è stato al massimo disponibile a proporre delle varianti al menu' per questioni di allergia...

Was here for a business trip and stayed here. Good location within walking distance to university area with lots of shops and restaurants (approximately 10minute walk). The staff was excellent with great service. I arrived a little early and they tried to accommodate an early check in for me for a small fee, but unfortunately my room was not ready. While waiting, for the hour or so, the staff was kind enough to provide some coffee and beverages and also willing to make a small meal even though kitchen had just closed from breakfast. Would stay again for the service and attentivenezs

Check in war leider nicht vor der angegebenen Zeit von 14 Uhr möglich. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 17 EUR absolut o.k. Ärgerlich war, dass zwei mal (und wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung) die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert hat und wir an die Rezeption laufen mussten. Anscheinend kein Einzelfall. Beim zweiten mal war eine Dame da, der das ebenfalls passiert ist. Zimmer war sehr groß, Bad sehr schön, leider ein Silberfischchen in der Toilette gesehen. Frühstück absolut in Ordnung

Not the best reception.

Not the best experience I had. At entrance I gave my information (despite booking through hotels.com). Told them how to invoice them etc. In the morning during checkout they couldn't find my file, almost 25 mins in total only to check out (because they kept putting mine to the end of the queue). I was late to my meeting and stressed. Only one guy at the reception even if there are 5 people waiting in the morning.

Das erste Mal, dass wir nicht zufrieden waren

Das Hauskeeping ließ am meisten zu wünschen übrig, das Zimmer wurde einmal gar nicht gemacht, ansonsten wurden ausgetrunkene Gläser, leere Flaschen stehen gelassen. Es war auch nur sehr oberflächlich sauber. Servicequalität schwankend, je nach dem wer da war. Ausstattung und Lage des Hotels gut.
