Very well situated near Messe Frankfurt. Coffee on the house. Big room. No lobby but you can sit in the bar area while waiting. The staff are friendly. Will book this hotel again if I have an event at Messe Frankfurt. Thank you.

Nice and clean. Safe zone. Free drinks in the fridge as welcome gift. A/C wasn’t very effective and seemed set to a fixed temperature. Someone tried to enter the room at 8h30 AM, not remotely close to check out time. That was annoying.

Will not be my preferred choice

I stayed for a night on 01/15. Hotel receptionist guy was rude during checking in - demanding tone in his address. Room was very jaded and the corridor is dirty and old looking. TV was not working in the room - see picture. Air conditioning was not running well and I finally gave up. They dont have a basic coffee maker or water kettle in the room. Hot water in the shower was not hot as expected compared to any hotel I have stayed in - including Motels. No shampoo in the bathroom and just 2 threadbare towels. They claim "5 free drinks" in each room - this is a joke. 2 waters, 1 juice, 1 flavored water, 1 coke and 1 beer - all 0.25L or so. At 1.00 am or so, we were awakened to a fire alarm and had to evacuate to the lobby for an alarm on a water pipe break in the 1st floor or something - they were short of details. The morning breakfast hours were from 7-10. After no sleep, I had to rush back to airport and told the breakfast staff I needed a refund on the breakfast as I could not stay till 7 am. The girl was very nice and has taken my details to get me a refund - will update this post if that was not taken care of. Unless you have no choice (mine was a last minute as I needed a night and paid premium for this stay), do yourselves a favor - DO NOT stay here.

If you have allergies - give them a call!

No accomodations for anyone with allergies to down-filled pillows and duvets. My request via hotels.com did not get through in advance and so the night auditor did his best to find appropriate bedding for me but came up short. In the end, I slept with two mattress covers, one folded up as the pillow and one as my duvet. He helped me put the covers on, so I got a good look at the state of the mattress and bedding. It wasn't horrible but not particularly clean either. So really not ideal overall for people with allergies.

I left the property as I did not want to wait six hours for a receptionist to turn up. I paid the extra day and no one told me I one was working in the hotel until the afternoon . Libby was filthy to waiting. Unacceptable: so I lost my entire stay/money. Also location awful and in the middle of nowhere . ZERO stars

Great despite poor internet.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Clean, confortable, good breakfast. Only issue was the internet was terribly slow. Some colleagues were unable to connect. Not a problem if you have wifi, but be warned.

It’s super close the Messe Frankfurt, short walk, but other than that a bit away from anything. The wifi didn’t work in my room at all, and dropped out frequently even in reception. Basic hotel, and it’s Frankfurt so $$

Shower constantly went from hot to cold. AC did not work. Towels in the room had stains and the cost was extremely high due to the show. Fixed some of the issues for my second night only to have the fire alarm go off at 6am. I would not stay here again.
