Hotel est super bien et les personnel tres serviable. Problem chamber triplet rĂ©servĂ© via ebooker: À notre arrivĂ©e Ă  l’hĂŽtel, nous avons constatĂ© que les chambres rĂ©servĂ©es ne correspondaient pas Ă  la description faite lors de la rĂ©servation. En effet, les chambres triples n’étaient pas rĂ©ellement adaptĂ©es pour accueillir trois personnes comme indiquĂ©. Heureusement, le personnel de l’hĂŽtel a fait de son mieux pour arranger la situation afin que chaque membre de notre famille puisse disposer d’un lit pour dormir. Nous les remercions pour leur professionnalisme. Cependant, cette situation reste problĂ©matique car le service fourni par ebooker ne correspond pas Ă  ce qui a Ă©tĂ© vendu via la plateforme.
