The check-in process was a mess. Despite calling ahead and specifically requesting it, no keys were left for us for a 9:00 pm check in - we aren’t talking about late at night - just 9:00. It took more than 30 mins to get it sorted out. Then, there were no sheets for the extra bed in the room, the batteries on tv remotes were dead, and the sofa bed looked as if it had not been cleaned. When I asked for sheets and new batteries, I requested that they be taken care of the next day, and nothing at all was done. We couldn’t use the sofa bed at all. The rooms were also not especially clean - no soap for bathroom sink or kitchen. Really not up to our typical hotels.com stay.

Dog hair everywhere. From the beds, counters, table. Saddest part was all our black sweaters were full of dog hair. Upstairs people were stomping on the follow.

Great staff

The premises was very clean and the staff went out of their way to tend to my every need. Victor and the rest of the staff should be rewarded without them this place wouldn't be as great as it was. I'm a disabled veteran most of my comments are for the company the kitchen needs more pots atleast one to cook rice bigger than the ones that are currently there. The bathroom has plenty of space but I would strongly recommend a toilet paper holder something you can move around and a bath mat for people like myself who are higher fall risks. A sponge and dish liquid for the kitchen and an extra phone in the living room for emergency purposes.

It was clean for the most part. There were a few needed dishes in the dishwasher that were still dirty. No worries, I got some Dawn and handled that. Otherwise very nice room. Being a hop skip and a jump from Texas Roadhouse was a plus. Easy freeway access. Ladies at the front desk were polite and resourceful. I would stay again.

They'll rip you off!

They were supposed to charge 66.00 , they charged 111.00 AND 65.00. Now I'll have to argue via my credit card. Girl at desk tried to tell me it was a deposit I'd get back. But they did not give it back. Super mad and will NEVER stay with these folks again! Ripped off!!!

New and clean. I liked the floor plan and amenities that made it a comfortable stay. I did have noisy neighbors who came out onto the walkway in the middle of the night. Management should police that a little better. All in all I enjoyed my stay and will return. It is a convenient location.
