We came for our anniversary weekend and it was incredible. We were able to relax and unwind. We love exploring each Omni bc they are always unique to the city they’re in. The valet guys don’t get paid enough. They handled a massive flow of traffic and cars. Despite the rude guests- we witnessed two occasions of absolute rudeness on a guest’s part and the valet employees handled the situations with grace and smiles. Your employees work HARD.

Wonderful hotel that is walkable to downtown dining and parks. Valet parking is 45/night but there is public parking next door at the convention center garage for 23.00 for 24 hours. We used this option and it was a safe parking area. Asked for a pack and play in our room and staff accommodated this for us with no charge. Love staying at the Omni

The steakhouse served us uncooked crème brûlée. The second glass of wine was served with sediments. The waitress asked me to google it and how it was ok to drink. I know what sediment is. A good steak house will not serve a glass of wine with sediment. I expected better.

The only downside to our weekend trip (an anniversary getaway) was discovering upon arrival that there were hundreds of families with young boys staying for a lacrosse tournament, and many of the parents were not supervising their children at all. 😳 After a rough first night of dealing with tween boys running all over the place, the Omni staff to their credit did a much better job of posting extra staff and even local PD in common areas to keep things a lot more settled and enjoyable.

I booked this reservation to celebrate my wife's recent health victories and the end of her school year. I immediately got in touch with the hotel's management staff who reached out to me privately via text to get everything ready, including chocolate covered strawberries and champagne upon arrival for my wife and I. Lisa the loyalty ambassador who helped us was amazing. Made us feel right at home from the start. The rooms were amazing. They upgraded us to a suite which was like a mini house. Unreal. They take good care of the people that stay with them. We had dinner and drinks at Bob's chop house. Wonderful. From start to finish, the staff, the admin and everyone else involved looked after our needs, anticipated them, and went above and beyond to make sure that that weekend in Fort Worth was special for my wife and I.
