This is a recently renovated 1940s cozy ranch style home close to downtown Fort Worth and many popular places. Lots of new amenities and new pieces of furniture in home. 3 bedrooms- one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and another with a twin over full bunk bed. There is a vintage solid wood desk for office work in the room with the bunk bed. Killer 5.1 channel entertainment center with new OLED large tv in living room. Disney plus included. All utilities included. Wifi internet included. Bus stop is approximated 12 minute walk away. Patio with covered area and patio furniture makes for a nice place to chill. Sun room which includes super nice new washer and dryer also has enough space for home work outs/ yoga for 1 person. King suite has a 40 inch smart tv with chrome cast. Kitchen is full of cooking essentials. Security system. Porch with 2 rocking chairs is great for people watching in the evenings. Cleaning supplies are included for free for day to day cleaning. House is detailed by housekeeper before you move in. Landscaper manages outside property.
