Overall the hotel is a good property in a centrally located area around Fort Worth. However, other guests at the property can make the facility seem less than desirable, given the constant smoking and loud, rowdy behavior despite the no-smoking policy and quiet hours. All that aside we would stay there again.

I think people hating on it based on "a bad area" is a new level of privilege. It just next to the freeway ain't that deep. People were nice and respected privacy, room and bathroom were clean, and there wasn't breakfast which was fine it stated there wasn't so we didn't care. For the staff they are very private they are in the office most of the time and need to press the button for assistance (that doesn't really bother us). If you're there for just a quick few days stay then it's perfect. And next to a McDonald's and jack and the box so we chillin

Room was in good condition, and clean. They allow pets. Amenities--no elevator, no breakfast. The heating/AC shuts off & on erratically all night.

Very good experience. Likely one of the best beds. Very comfortable. Staff is great. Don't expect too much in the entry presentation/lobby. It is what it is. But the rooms are bang for your buck good enough. Not the greatest of all location, but for the price, you can't beat it. Likely will be back.
