Clean and nice staff. Room was shower only. False fire alarm went off in middle of the night. Neighbors in the halls and above us were extra noisy but the room was clean. The hotel was clean.

The room itself was fine, a bit outdated and worn. We had to switch rooms due to another guest smoking pot and it wafting through our ac/heating unit. The employee at the counter was very kind about it and did not make a fuss over switching our room, was apologetic even though he had no control over it. The pool was chilly, not as cold as most hotel pools however. The real disappointment came from the temperature of the hot tub. That was cold! Felt like a Luke warm bath that sat for an hour. As with most, there was an abundance of chlorine and our eyes could only tolerate about 30 minutes of pool time. Staff we encountered was all very friendly, breakfast was mediocre at best, and the rooms could definitely use an update. Location was wonderful and convenient. Close to many great restaurants and things to do.

The room was clean and the staff was very courteous! We had an issue with both bathroom outlets not working, but the front desk gave us an extension cord because we didn’t want to change rooms.

One of my fave places to stay

I love Hampton Inn!!! I have stayed here on multiple occasions in different locations and have not been disappointed yet!!! The staff at each location has always been friendly and welcoming. I also enjoy the breakfast!!
