I booked this particular hotel because of the pool, for my grand daughter. Upon arrival I was told it was drained because the chemical was out of balance. No offer of a discount or letting me cancel. Then the room they put us in was right beside housekeeping. They were loud and annoying. Then to top it off the AC unit rattled the whole time it was on. Needless to say we got absolutely no sleep or swimming. Mentioned all this upon check out and he just said sorry. No refund, percentage off or anything. Very disappointing.

Booked this place online, stated the pool was open. The pool was the only reason we were goin to a hotel, so the kids can swim. Go to check in and the pool was closed. Asked for a refund, front desk absolutely refused and daid specifically "not my problem." He was a jerk!

Convenient hotel.

It's a great place, near to many stores n restaurants, within walking distance. The rates are great too. We just needed an overnight stay, so we could get an early flight.

The property and room are actually fairly nice. My only gripe is with the check in process: the host seemed more interested in getting back into his personal conversation with his friend instead of doing his job.

Pretty terrible hotel experience. Pillows were hard and huge so our necks were bent unnaturally. Breakfast was terrible quality, next door neighbor smoked pot and cigarettes next to us, despite it being a non-smoking place. It can always be worse, so we gave it a 2 star but barely.
