We were only there for one night. We found a woman's slipper on the floor beside the bed along the wall. This tells me that the room wasn't thoroughly clean. The bathroom appeared clean, also the bed.

Nice hotel, but don’t arrive early

The area is great, the room was spacious, had free hot breakfast. Only complaint was we arrived 90 minutes early, and although our room was ready, they wouldn’t let us check in unless we paid an additional $40, so we had to go kill time in the shopping center. Not a friendly welcome to tired travelers.

Halls Tavern at Coventry is excellent to eat at. It’s just outside the parking lot of the best Western. There are several other places to eat also. Highly recommend a hotel in the area.

Had to ask several times for room to be cleaned. Also I found broken glass in the pool area twice and reported it. Also the first night i told the front desk personnel that my refrigerator is my room was not working. Never was fixed. Told a second one several days later still wasn't fixed.

Our trip was great, the room and facilities were clean. The breakfast was good with lots of options. They have complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24/7. They also offered complimentary soup from 4 pm to 10 pm daily which was great. I would say as far as the room, the pillows are tiny, but there was 4 on our king size bed. There were holes in the blackout curtains, which I would hope they would be replaced since everything else in the rooms looked new. They are dog friendly and have plenty of room to walk them and provide waste bags for them. The couple in the room next to us were causing a disturbance. I notified the front desk and they took care of the situation effectively and appropriately. The pool looked nice and well kept. I am overall happy with our stay and will return for future trips.

The rooms were nice and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful. I sat on a fabric chair in the room and my clothes were covered in animal hair!!!! Chair was in dire need of a good vacuuming. The lights were out in the stairwells!!! Dangerous.

The person who was meant to clean the room left cleaner sprayed all over the bathroom floor and partially over the room floor. I had to use several towels to mop it up just so I wouldn't get it all over my feet. The smell was unbearable and I had to have the windows open for several hours with a candlelit before my headache went away from the Lysol or whatever disinfectant they had sprayed everywhere. You could clearly see droplets everywhere. Definitely didn't clean much. TV also didn't work.

I paid extra to have a "suite, larger room w/ jetted tub". What I got was what seemed to be a forgotten space at the end of the hall w/ random furniture thrown in. The king size bed was 2 twins thrown together on a metal frame. Paint/drywall is half done. One tiny little drawer under a table that is supposed to be an entertainment center I guess? Front door has a gap you can see thru. Mold in the shower. No idea how the jets in the tub work if they do at all since they seem broken. Mold and leakage under cabinets. Chair seems to be falling apart. Holes in the couch. Breakfast said hashbrowns. They were tater tots and they were cold. Would not recommend to anyone looking to book this hotel. There are lots of other options in this area that have to be better.
