Temperature control was a problem

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and mostly comfortable. The hallway thermostat was set to 77 and the unit in our room did nothing to lower the temperature. We were too close to the noisy highway to open a window so the room was miserable and hot. Made sleeping nearly impossible.
