The property itself and staff were wonderful. My issue was with the air conditioner. It may just be with the unit in room 315 as I can not attest to other rooms. This one was obnoxiously loud and would kick on and off all night with only a minute or two of being off before it would kick back on. We finally had to shut it completely off to get some sleep.

A little bit country

This seems to be a recently built hotel. It is nicely designed and located just on the otherside of the interstate. It is located on a couple of lots away from the "hub" of the city, making it feel like its "out in the country". There wasn't any road noise which made for a quiet night.

Driving cross country we found this hotel quite comfortable and close to the highway. We really wanted a hotel that had a hot tub to relax after hours of driving and it was just perfect. Very nice hotel.

What a blessing Best Western was for us! After a long travel day, we were excited to find how perfect the location was right off the highway, the superb cleanliness and friendly staff. Brandy was welcoming and accommodating for our late check-in, and after a bad hotel stay earlier in the week, we were happy to find this place amazing. Great complimentary breakfast! Totally recommend!

Cleanliness could be better.

The carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement. It smells like an old carpet that has seen better days. Vacuuming won’t remove the stench. Also, the shower curtain has some dark spots. You can’t tell if moldy or dirty. I hoped it was dirty. The hallway and reception looks nice just like any other hotel. I didn’t stick around for breakfast. Because of a negative experience in another BestWestern, I selected the following expensive room this time.
