The hotel is beautiful and quiet! Our room was very spacious but I think it was for disabled individuals so it may have been bigger than usual. The bed, pillows and sheets were super comfortable! They offer keyless entry and virtual check-in that was neat and convenient! We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant thats inside the hotel, so i can't comment on that. The location is right bed to downtown with restaurants and some night life. We stayed to go see a show at Moxi theater, and just walked to tge show a couple blocks from the hotel. My only complaint would be about the curtains in the room... they're intended to be blackout, but the windows were wall to wall and there was no way to completely block out the light. It shined right in our eyes where the bed is positioned.

A bit of a letdown

We were excited to celebrate my husband's birthday in the presidential suite. It is a lovely room, with a few areas needing attention. The trash from the prior guest had not been removed, from the dining area. When we picked up the trash to set it outside the door, there was trash behind the can.The can should have been picked up, trash removed from floor, and the area vacuumed, by staff. The main bath has some torn wallpaper near the shower, and the vents are very dusty throughout, I think this may be why the unit took so long to make the room comfortable. Dining chairs are pretty stained. The light above the table has glass globes that need to be cleaned. I should mention, these items may not have been noticed by my husband, however I owned a cleaning business, so I look closely at the little things. The little details are important. The staff upon check in and after the fact have been fabulous. They can not control the repair timelines, however a room used for special occasions should be regularly maintained.
