It was my own fault for not reviewing carefully but didn't notice there wasn't a hot tub until we got there. We were looking forward to relaxing after a long drive. Otherwise the property was clean and well maintained.

Great customer service
We were forced off the interstate due to the interstate closure. The gals at the front desk were quite welcoming. I was quite impressed with their skills and helping the elderly folks with checking-in and their fears of the snowstorm, using a credit card and checkout times extended.
