Beware!!! The pictures are very disieving! When we arrived at the hotel the clerk went to check on our room to see if it was ready with a rag a can of air freshener, she came back & took me up to see it before we completely checked in - it was DISGUSTING!! The couch was filthy with stains all over. The air freshener smell about chocked me! There was NO way I was staying there! She took me to another room & said it was much nicer & had granite countertops, went in that room & still - I could not stay there . She said they were sold out & would try one of their other properties- after being on the phone back & forth with the manager - nothing! I asked if I could just please cancel , there was no way I would sleep in those rooms. I called Expedia and after being on the phone for 30 min they said they would refund me but had to contact the hotel to make sure they don’t charge me - the hotel refused to cancel & then took me to another room ( remember they were sold out) it was very very tiny - no kitchenette but it had newer flooring & was a bit updated . I said fine , went back to check in where they were having issues on the computer because of moving me. The manager came down - her & the clerk checking me in her pretty nasty to each other - After an hour and 45 min we got to our room . We had large suitcases they were heavy that we had to lug up all the stairs. The bed was hard as a rock !! Terrible experience! I see why they take the guests to the room before checking them i
