Not ones to inject negativity into our reviews, we feel a little is merited here. The bottom line is that the room and the hotel is nothing like the website portrayal. If it had been portrayed as an old style, somewhat dilapidated Miami Beach motel with halfhearted efforts to upgrade things here and there, this is your place.

The room is spacious but needs some maintenance. The blinds fell off and hit my friend in the head. The pillows are lumpy, a/c is very noisy. It's very good value though given how expensive everything in that area is and it is very close to the beach. Also staff was very kind in dealing with the blinds issue.

The room was so clean we actually walked in white socks and had no dirt on them! Full kitchen with a convection toaster oven. Staff was great I felt very safe there. Comfy bed Tons of closet space 1block from the beach Updated room Beautiful bathroom

DO NOT stay here unless you like roaches , breathing in mold and unclean bed sheets ! Never in my life have I ever been subjected to such atrocious conditions. I left immediately upon arrival and had to book another hotel due to the deplorable conditions . They even violated my privacy by leaving a note with my name and the code to the room taped to the public facing street . This place is GROSS and clearly doesn’t care about the safety of patrons.

The room smells like mold. I made a report to the attendant and the main office. I couldn’t stayed in the room because I couldn’t take the smell. I had to rent another hotel room. I bought this to the hotel manager. It was the disgusting smell. The air conditioner was the worse smell. There was son some kind of stain on the floor that looks like diarrhea. The house keeper was there and I showed him and he said it was wet smell. I have asthma and it was triggered due to the smell. Very disturbing and disappointing.
