Budget friendly, conveniently located near the beach with parking! Near stores, perfect for the frugal traveler. Room was very clean, but the hallways and stairs smelled. If you can live with that, it is a great deal.

The property looks disgusting. The bedroom looks like crackers live in there. There is old trust everywhere. Cedar burns extension cords run everywhere. There’s syringes outside of front of my door and the door didn’t close. I’m trying to get my money back and Expedia won’t let me get it back.

This place is a joke. The only reason I did not leave is because Expedia is also a joke and they would’ve kept my money. I am so very disappointed by this place. Let’s just call the crackhead motel.

I have stayed at several 3rd world hotels and hostels, this place was worse than those. Minimal maintenance has been done, peeling paint everywhere, no pool as advertised, broken windows and on and on… the property appears to be primarily low rent housing with a few “rental” rooms to sucker people in. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle and only using the shower since we had early flight out. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE.

Parking was a confusing mess, my original room was cancelled without reason and I was charged more for a second one and it was so dirty that we left as soon as we entered. Several roaches were active, and the smell of the room made me sick. when we tried to return so the room could be cancelled & card refunded, we were locked out of the lobby.
