Wholle house on a beautiful brook. This enjoyable house in Forestburgh offers 3 cozy bedrooms with a mix of twin, full, and queen beds. With convenient amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, AC, and heating, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The bathroom is well-equipped for your needs.Full kitchen with oven seating for 6, microwave fridge, and anything you need to cook, pots, pans, utencils, plates and bowls, etc. there is a coffee pot, tea pot(electric) and coffee and tea in the pantry as well as some spices, ketchup, mustard and relish. there is a new 6 burner BBQ grill on the deck and those utencils are in the game room by the deck on the white shelves. There is lighter fluid for the firepit outside as wellwith adirondack chairs to enjoy the fire overlooking the beatiful brook. You can also here the brook flowing from all over the property. Whether you're exploring the area or simply looking for a superb place to call home during your trip, this property is the perfect choice. My friends and I wanted a 3 bedroom house to share while we attended a concert at Bethel Woods (instead of a big hotel room). We found this place and since we all enjoy the outdoors thought it would be nice for even only one night. It was delightful! About 30 minutes from the concert. Toni was very responsive and easy to work with. There was a mixup in the arrival time between what she generally does and what the VRBO website said, but she was responsive and was able to adjust and meet our needs. She is quick and thorough in her responses and entry directions. We all highly recommend this property and Toni. It is quiet, there are heaps of birds in the morning, and we watched a little fawn feast on the small garden while we sipped our morning coffee.
