Great Location

Our family of 5 (2 parents, 3 teenage boys) stayed here for 2 nights and it was sufficient for our family. Our original apartment was cancelled with less than 24 hours to check-in so we were extremely grateful to find another available apartment, and in a fabulous location! Communication with the management company was a bit slow at times and we had to check in a little late due to cleaning from the previous stay. There is no washing machine (that we could find) as the listing states however we washed clothes in the sink and used the apartments lines outside to dry (2 outdoor hanging areas). However, the location is wonderful for walking to all the sites. It is safe and quiet. If your family requires the sofa bed, you will need to notify them and pay an additional fee for the extra linens.

Excellent location, very roomy

The property was as described. It was a short walk (10-15 mins) from the tourist part of Florence. It was clean and had everything we needed. I don't remember if contactless check-in is available, but that would be desired so that arrival time can be more fluid. The host was very responsive (always about 5 mins). The apartment was located near restaurants and coffee shops. We really enjoyed the location. It was a nice treat to have large beds, air conditioning, and more than one bathroom.
