당일에 가서 숙소 위치를 바꿈.

당일 보증금과 청소요금, 시티택스를 결제한 뒤에서야 숙박장소가 바뀌었다며 걸어서 20분정도 가야 나오는 주요관광지 외곽쪽에 아예 다른 숙소로 안내해줬습니다. 사전에 예고를 해준 것도 아니고 사정을 설명하지도 않았습니다. 이는 명백한 고객 기만행위입니다. 위치변경에 대해 사전에 안내를 해주었다면 예약을 취소하고 다른곳으로 숙소를 잡았을 것입니다.

Lamentable. Precio de la limpieza inaceptable

Pagamos la estancia para 3 personas y nos querían cobrar 150€ extras por la limpieza al llegar. Preferimos gastar ese dinero en otro hotel. Es inaceptable que cobren 110 € por la estancia y 150€ por la limpieza por 2 dias de estancia.
