Didn't have not blow dryer, no iron, no coffee maker.. remote not working.but the room was cozy with heat.its really a nice place surrounded by restaurants.but need to make sure all things are in room for guest.and appliance is working.staff was nice.......

Shame, Shame, Shame!

We were created after check in at the office by a bearded, middle aged, shirtless and barefooted man creaming and having an argument with a woman who jumped into her pickup truck, revved it in reverse, then floored it and aimed at him. I was exhausted and had to go to the bathroom. We had food that we brought with us on the trip. We opened the mini fridge. It was not plugged in, there were live ants and several dead cockroaches in the refrigerator. I was too tired to switch rooms. There were several dead cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom. A live one scurried on the bedroom wall in the morning. From the dust behind the refrigerator and on the baseboards, it is pretty obvious that the housekeeping staff is only changing the bedclothes and the towels. The toilet ran all night after flushing. Positives: the bed was comfortable, the sheets and pillowcases were clean and there was no sign of bedbugs. The only reason I chose to stay there was because of its proximity to I-95. Ownership takes no pride in the place. Hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for listing this place. I am losing my confidence in Hotels.com.
