Great location but poorly managed property So many problems with this unit. 1) dishwasher broken…not fixed during our stay. 2) Power went out and we lost all the food in the fridge, I tried to reset the breakers in the apartment but told to go to the buildings main electrical panel and reset breaker. They didn’t want to send anyone to help. Also I’m not comfortable messing around with the entire buildings electrical panel, not my job as a paying guest. 3) lack of response to messaging inquires 4) false advertising on included car parking…, When I booked it said valet parking but in reality it was shuttle parking to an offsite garage 20 mins drive away or 1 hour walk. Plus they charge 10 euros each time you need a shuttle. Extremely inconvenient…wasted 2hrs of our vacation time and 20 euros per day. There are 3 other garages within easy walk from the unit…you would think they use them. Ended up using nearby garage even though when I booked parking was “included”. 3) very slow internet and sometimes didn’t work 4). No hot water for part of our stay… 5). Weird chlorine smell that we had to open windows to vent because it burns your eyes and throat. 6) two of the kids got a rash and we found bugs on the bedding (bed bugs?)
