Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
We stayed in one of their apartments in Florence for two nights. The first night we woke up covered in bites and assumed it was mosquitoes – the room was full of them. We switched rooms the next day, but the bites got worse. Later that day we saw a doctor who confirmed it: bedbugs. A lot of them. We immediately contacted the company. They flat-out denied it. We sent photos, explained everything, but they brushed it off and said “the current guests haven’t complained.” No compensation, no responsibility whatsoever. The way they handled it was insulting.
Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2025
