This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including 3 teenagers. The apt was gorgeous, impeccably clean and well equipped and the location was PERFECT! With 5 of us, everyone had room to spread out. The 3 full baths were very convenient, as was having a washer/dryer. Tracy was so easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to our questions. We HIGHLY recommend choosing this apt for a stay in Florence!

Wow! The host was terrific. Great communication and no problems with check in or out. The location couldn’t have been better- great places to eat, a grocery store, walking distance to everything. The apartment was fantastic- not just a bunch of IKEA and the cheapest finishes one can buy to flip a space. This place is beautifully done. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the host included instructions for all the amenities and appliances so I didn’t have to guess. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Hesitant to give this review because I would love to keep this gem to under wraps. Everything was great. Had a hot water issue beyond the host’s control, but it was resolved quickly. Tracy is awesome. Very responsive and courteous. Being a former “local” from Florence who use to live in the building facing this one in Piazza Santa Felicità, you absolutely cannot beat the location. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

Our VRBO in Florence could not have been nicer! Tracy, the owner, communicated with me from the beginning of my booking. She was always quick to reply to my questions and was very helpful in answering questions once we were at our place. The apartment was like new! It was clean, She had a fully stocked kitchen and items for us to use in the bathrooms as well. The location could not have been better! I will recommend this place to anyone! Her daughter met us and got us settled once we got to Florence. She told us we could call her anytime if we needed help with anything. Highly recommend!
