I like the environment, and the hotel is near the bus station. It is near the museums. Staff is helpful, and hotel is very clean. I like it so much.

Nice hotel slightly out of the centre but still within walking distance to attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Bathroom window was clear so not very private (although we were on the third floor).

if you are a Peruvian or visiting Florence for first time. Stay here!! They are quite far from the center BUT the staff and the front desk people are amazing! I traveled solo and each one of the gentlemen made sure I was comfortable. Extra Kudos for the guy in the afternoon and the Peruvian guy at night (I’m sorry I forgot your names)both were absolutely charming ❤️🙌 they were responsible for me booking again for December 😊 thank you gentlemen! It's not a perfect hotel, but the staff is exemplary. For the price, it's clean, easy to check in and out, they provide free water on arrival, nice little terrace to look at Florence. Immediately on arrival staff provided a guide for wheretl to go for coffee in the morning, and we're knowledgeable about the immediate area and how to get to the city center. I would stay here again A few things to fix: toilet seat was broken (usable), toilet flush mechanism was a little janky.
