Great price for great location. 4 stars for very noisy, you hear the trolley and neighbors running water. Otherwise great hotel, less than 5 min away from train station, major attractions 15-20 min walk.

We were “upgraded” to a triple room but did not have an outdoor patio like our other 2 couples/friends with the double rooms as we originally booked. Shower very small and awkward. They will hold your baggage if you arrive early but nobody is watching it so it didn’t feel safe to leave bags.

Location close to train station was convenient but made for noisy nights. Along with the room itself we were able to hear neighboring rooms toilet flushing and what sounded like moving furniture around. Bathroom was very dated compared to other hotels we stayed at throughout Italy. Staff was friendly and the breakfast got our day started off well.

Our room (with bath tub and balcony) was spacious, clean and quiet on the side of the train station. The doors kept the sound out. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Bar area to meet people. Could fill water bottles with sparkling or still water, and coffee and tea were always available in the lounge. Perfect place to explore Florence. The balconies had a perfect view of the duomo. It looked like the balconies were all on 5 th floor. Wonderful time spent there!

Hotel very covenient 3 mins away from train station. The staff are attentive and helpful when asked. Room was clean. The property is outdated and needs modernisation/uograde. Breakfast buffet suffice if you want a quick coffee and easy breakfast for another busy day tour. Overall good

It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent
