Very nice for the price, good breakfast not the typical US breakfast, this one is very good, excellent. Even though the construction is a little bit old, the building is well maintained. Room very clean, comfortable bed with clean and iron sheets, bathroom good, everything very nice, it has a good location but there is a construction going on right now, they are building the line that is going directly to the Florence airport, so very good for them.

Really clean!! Smelt amazing the entire time - the shower isn’t the best as it’s dated (but the building itself is very well maintained) Staff were super welcoming when we arrived, even letting us check in early!! Location is good as bus routes are very often and quick in the area. Breakfast was nice - would benefit from a bit more fresh fruit.

The self serve breakfast at Hotel Arno Belleriva was really filling! Offered from 7:00 -9:30am on the bottom floor with the option to eat inside or outside in the private patio area. 3 cereal choices and fresh milk. Chocolate and regular croissants. Ham, processed cheese, tomatoes and bread to make sandwiches. Individualized yogurts. Hard boiled eggs in the shell. Self serve automatic cappuchino, coffee and latte machines with many options. Automatic juice machine with two options. Toaster and bread with good selection of jams. Freshly cut pineapple. We started each day very well fed! The hotel room for four of us adults (1 queen and 2 singles) was a good size with comfortable beds and a good shower in the private washroom. The walk to Florence’s main strip (Uffizi Gallery to the Duomo) was about 20 minutes. With buses we were able to get closer and save much of that time and effort (especially on the north side of the Duomo).

Booked this place for 3 nights as it had parking which was the only good thing about it but still came at a cost on top of the overpriced cost for the room. The reception smelt, the guy on reception was monotone and looked like he wanted to be there less than we did. Taken to our room and was very dated and smelt worse than the reception so we checked out within 10 minutes of our arrival. Considering the price there is alot of other options around that would be better. We realised we may not get a refund for the 1st day as we had entered the room(nothing used) but asked about a refund for the 2nd & 3rd night. Reception told me to speak to who I booked it through (Expedia) spoke to Expedia via email and they checked with the hotel but no complaint was filed at the hotel. Hotel tells me to speak to Expedia, Expedia says no complaint at the hotel, point fingers at each other and then offered £50 compensation. I would have preferred the £350 they wanted for the last 2 nights.

Nice hotel with quite modern feeling. At least compared to the other hotels visited during this Italian trip. Breakfast was ok. Not so much too choose, but well managed. Nice park on the other side of the street, where you could by street food and beverages in the evening. Close to river and not that far too city centre and train station.

It’s only two stars so don’t expect too much. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cozy, the air conditioning was essential on 40c days in August. It’s across the street from the river and in a pleasant residential neighborhood and a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio and the central tourist locations in Florence. Good breakfast with fresh cut fruit as well as all the typical options.

MOSQUITOS!!! Near the river - not close enough for a view, but close enough for LOTS of MOSQUITOS.. no fan in the room, west sun heating up the room.. had to open the window for ventilation.. no screen. FALSELY advertises AC- NO AC!!! Not even a fan in the room. Falsely advertises room service. When i asked about room service hotel replied i was not even allowed to eat food in my room at all. HORRIBLE experience. Do not recommend. Absolutely AWFUL ..
